At Woodcraft, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Item

Carefully repackage your wooden furniture or decor in its original protective wrapping and crate to ensure it remains free from scratches or structural damage during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the piece from your home; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
