Constructed of 3/8" thick cast aluminum, these versatile Cole Jaws have a diameter of 10" and have the same basic configuration of RIKON’s smaller 25 mm and 50 mm units. They can expand into a 95 mm to 117 mm (3-3/4" - 4-5/8") dovetailed recess, or clamp the outside of a turned dovetailed foot that is 84 mm to 104 mm (3-5/16" - 4-1/8") in diameter. You can finish the bottom of a bowl that’s up 10" in diameter by inserting the eight rubber stoppers into any of the eight diameter positions on the face of the collet plates. For larger bowls, the stoppers can grip the inside as the chuck expands outward.
